The Innernet – Edition 21
From Formation to Activation
Opening Frequency
Something shifted.
Last week, things were taking shape.
Ideas were organizing themselves.
Language was finding its place.
But formation… is not the end of the journey.
It’s the threshold.
Because there comes a moment
when what has been structured
must be translated into movement.
Not perfected.
Not overworked.
But activated.
And that’s where we are now.
Not just refining what we’ve built—
but beginning to activate it in the world.
In conversations.
In reflection.
In real-time insight.
What’s currently asking for movement
in your world?
If you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear.
Coherence Corner
Clarity is not the work. Movement is.
There’s a subtle trap in this phase.
When things finally start falling into place,
it’s easy to stay there—refining, adjusting, improving.
It’s easy to fall into analysis paralysis.
But coherence is not just:
→ “I understand what I’m doing.”
It’s:
→ “I am taking aligned action based on what I understand.”
It’s applying the insight you’ve gained
to take real, practical steps.
So activation is coherence in action.
And the question is no longer:
Is this ready?
The question becomes:
Am I willing to move with this as it is?
Even if it’s not fully formed.
Even if it’s a little uncomfortable.
What do you already know—
but haven’t moved on yet?
If you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear.
Creative Wellness Corner
Your system is already speaking
If you are anything like me,
the last thing you need is more ideas.
Maybe you just need to create space
to acknowledge what’s already taking shape.
To align with what’s already present:
→ the work you’ve named
→ the pages you’ve built
→ the language you’ve refined
→ the pathways you’ve opened
That is not random.
That is your internal system
organizing itself into form.
Creative wellness is not about constant creation.
It’s about recognizing the patterns, proficiencies, and greater purpose.
It’s about seeing with fresh eyes:
What is already alive—
and ready to be activated.
The work that is ready to breathe—
once you release it.
Not later.
Not when it’s perfect.
Now.
What’s already in place
that you haven’t fully activated yet?
If you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear.
Activation Portal
Move one thing forward today
Not everything.
Not the whole vision.
Just one thing.
That movement represents activation.
And it can take shape in a number of ways.
A few simple ways to activate:
→ Send the message you’ve been holding
→ Share the work you’ve been refining
→ Invite someone into your process
Activation does not have to be massive.
But it should be:
Intentional.
Precise.
Forward-moving.
If something in your world is asking for movement—and you want a space to think it through clearly…
I’m speaking individually with a few founders this week as part of a short research sprint on operational bottlenecks and scaling challenges.
These are 10–15 minute conversations
to better understand what’s feeling complex, unclear, or stuck.
If you’re open to a quick conversation, I’d love to connect:
Illustration of Tara traveling between landscapes.
Where’s Tara?
In motion… even when it looks like stillness
Right now, I’m in a quieter pocket.
Not rushing.
Not forcing.
Not trying to outrun the process.
Just listening.
Observing.
Letting what has been forming…
settle into its next expression.
There’s a different kind of movement here.
The kind that doesn’t always look productive on the outside,
but internally, everything is reorganizing.
New pathways.
New decisions.
New directions—becoming clearer with each step.
Sometimes activation isn’t accompanied by fanfare.
Sometimes it shows up simply by:
→ choosing what not to carry forward
→ noticing what no longer fits
→ allowing space for what’s actually ready to emerge
So if you’ve been in a slower rhythm of activation too…
You’re not off track.
You might just be in the part of the journey
where everything is quietly aligning
and gently moving
before it fully activates.
Closing Frequency
If you’re not quite ready for a conversation,
but you know something in your business is ready to move…
I’ve put together a simple breakdown of
the most common operational bottlenecks that slow growth.
You can access it here:
A simple breakdown of what may be slowing your growth behind the scenes. Enter your details to receive the guide.
You are not behind.
You are not missing anything.
You may be standing at the point
where form meets motion.
Center.
Focus.
Choose one step.
And take it confidently.
Not because it’s perfect.
Not because it’s final.
Not because it won’t continue to evolve.
But because what has been taking shape
is no longer meant to be held.
It’s meant to move
from formation to activation.
Until next time,
build what supports the vision you carry.
